Why choose me
As a real estate finance specialist, I help lenders decide whether to lend from a property perspective – and work with each party to provide commercial solutions to issues discovered during the course of a transaction in order to facilitate that lending.
Combining commercial insight with many years’ experience in commercial and residential property, I act for the full range of lenders including banks (challenger and high street), bridging lenders, private and family offices and development finance providers, as well as acting in relation to landlord and tenant matters and on acquisitions and disposals.
My work spans a full range of commercial and residential property, industrial estates, development sites, care homes, HMOs, buy-to-let properties and mixed-use portfolios, to name but a few.
I’m commercially minded and deadline driven. Clients rely on me for coherent, succinct advice and practical solutions. Communication is key; I’m often considered part of my clients’ in-house teams because of the strong relationships I enjoy with them.
I’m also passionate about supporting women working in real estate finance.
Outside work, my biggest focus is my twin girls and bringing them up to thrive and be happy. I also enjoy resistance training and boxing – the aim being to be strong in and out of the office!
