Rebecca Stratford

Solicitor

Why choose me

I help clients navigate data protection law and commercial contracts, providing practical advice that supports their objectives and helps them make informed decisions.

I use my expertise in data protection and commercial agreements to help education clients manage legal challenges, so they can focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for their pupils and wider communities.

Data protection law touches every aspect of an organisation’s operations and continues to evolve alongside technology and innovation. I enjoy helping clients make sense of this complex landscape, translating technical legal concepts into clear guidance that supports effective decision-making.

I have extensive experience advising charities and education providers, including schools, colleges and universities, as well as businesses operating in sectors such as manufacturing, finance, automotive and technology.

I believe the best legal advice does more than solve an immediate problem. I help clients understand complex issues, giving them the knowledge and confidence to address future challenges as they arise.

Outside work, I enjoy learning about history, art and culture, visiting historical sites and spending time outdoors hiking and cycling. I also love travelling and recently returned from a road trip around New Zealand. Previous adventures include cycling from Vietnam through Cambodia to Bangkok and across France, Belgium and the Netherlands. I also enjoy cooking for family and friends.
