My specialist area is private equity and venture capital, acting for management teams and institutional investors. I have many years’ experience of management buy-outs, secondary buy-outs, equity investment deals and development capital transactions.

There is no such thing as being over-prepared in any transaction, so be organised and keep accurate records.
