Why choose me
Helping my clients quickly resolve problems that arise during construction projects is my main goal as a construction lawyer. I also always seek to achieve the outcomes that my clients desire.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to construction projects and that is why I approach every client’s matter individually and with precise attention to detail. I ensure that what we do is the best for our clients’ business. I act for a range of clients including main contractors, specialist sub-contractors, developers and funders. I specialise in resolving various types of construction and engineering disputes. My involvement could range from acting as a client’s adviser during commercial negotiations between parties to representing a client in adjudication, mediation, arbitration or court proceedings.
I also assist clients with drafting and reviewing constructions contracts, professional appointments and collateral documents.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and taking my dog on long countryside walks.

Questions my clients ask me
This very much depends on the quality of the evidence in the case. In construction disputes, the quality of the records kept throughout the life of the project is extremely important, particularly in relation to things agreed outside of the contract.
Because being involved in litigation is very time consuming and expensive. There is no guarantee that you will recover all or the majority of your costs, even if you win.
