I enjoy getting to know the property I am dealing with and understanding the practical aspects to get the best legal result. I find the challenges and breadth of real estate very engaging with no two transactions being the same.
A focus on a client’s overall needs is central to my work and I always try my hardest to meet my client’s objectives as swiftly as possible. My experience in the property sector over the last ten years means I have detailed understanding of my client’s property needs and care deeply about each transaction I am involved in. I am approachable and always happy to discuss any queries a client may have.
I work for all types of clients, whether they are companies, charities, or individuals. My work involves acting on behalf of landlords and tenants looking to let premises or take a lease of premises. I also buy and sell commercial property and get involved with any other transactions or dealings with commercial property.
Outside of work, I am a keen netball player and enjoy having an allotment and trying to grow vegetables on it.

How quickly can my lease be completed?
Whilst we will push a transaction through as quickly as possible, we are often dependent on the approach the landlord’s solicitors take and how quickly they can obtain instructions from the landlord, particularly as they will draft the lease.
