Why choose me

I help clients with HR and employment law enquiries. This includes advising on the drafting and finalising of settlement agreements and advising and assisting on grievance and disciplinary processes.

I regularly support the team on the full spectrum of employment law matters, from day-to-day employment and HR matters to advising on Employment Tribunal claims.

My experience includes:

  • Acting for a client in drafting and negotiating settlement agreements for the exit of a number of employees, including reaffirmation agreements where the termination date was not imminent.
  • Assisting with delivering training to clients on topics including disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Drafting staff handbooks, policies and procedures for a range of business types.

I have been a keen horse rider since childhood (which leaves little time for additional hobbies!), but I also enjoy spending time with friends and family and travelling.
