Property law brings with it a wide variety of commercial work – I enjoy the challenges this field of law brings, along with the array of clients I get to deal with on a daily basis. I take time to understand my clients’ commercial needs and requirements from a transaction and ensure to give clients the attention their matter requires.

With over 30 years’ experience of being a commercial property solicitor, I have built up a good reputation with local agents, and have been instructed by a number of the same clients for much of my working life. I work with individuals and partnerships – including farming partnerships selling development land – local companies, developers, investors, private schools, parish councils and private pensions.

My specialisms include acquisitions and sale of property, landlord and tenant work, set-up work for residential development and plot sales, commercial property estates and leasing or sales of individual units. I also specialise in grants of easement, secured lending with high street banks, reconstruction of titles where deeds have been lost and first registrations.
