Why choose me
By working in commercial property law, I am able to see the outcome of my clients’ transactions due to the tangible asset at the centre of the transaction. This area of law involves a range of intricacies due to the changing and growing market which allows for cross-sector influences and referrals. I enjoy the process driven and fast-paced transactional nature of property and I work well to deadlines. From the get-go, my aim is to understand the needs and workings of my client and so I will take the time to get to know them.
I deliver a personal, tailored service, ensuring my clients are kept informed throughout – I’m a meticulously organised person, remaining transparent and clear on the costs and transaction. I work with a mixture of individuals and corporate entities such as limited companies and sole traders as well as complex corporate structures.
My specialisms include disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, Land Registry and post-completion SDLT applications, title rectification and corporate support.
Outside of work, you’ll find me adventuring in the outdoors with my dogs. I have also rediscovered an enjoyment for running and I have a number of 10k races under my belt. I am also on a board of trustees for a charity focusing on empowering those who are deaf, hard of hearing, sight-impaired, deafblind or have other disabilities to live full lives.

Questions my clients ask me
No two transactions are the same, so the timeframes will differ depending on the circumstances. I aim to provide my clients with a realistic timeframe from the outset.
Property and land is an integral part of society, and it feeds into a range of other sub-categories such as investment, construction, tax, development, boundaries, highways, environment…the list goes on!
Property law is subject to the principle of “buyer beware”, meaning the buyer is responsible for investigating a property before becoming committed to enter into a binding agreement. As such, I would always recommend carrying out full due diligence on a property to understand whether the property is subject to any adverse issues.
