Why choose me

I specialise in healthcare, regulatory and public law because I want to support those working in sectors that make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.

I work with a wide range of clients, including health and social care providers, insurers, government agencies and the emergency services. I understand the pressures faced by organisations delivering public services and focus on providing clear advice that helps them navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks.

My experience includes advising on healthcare law, mental health and capacity law, inquests, public law and regulatory matters. I regularly advise clients involved in regulatory investigations, governance issues, public inquiries and data protection matters, as well as representing clients in judicial review proceedings.

I have a particular interest in mental health, community care and capacity law. My work often involves complex Article 2 and jury inquests relating to health and mental health management, as well as cases in the High Court and Court of Protection involving the care and treatment of children and adults who lack capacity.

Clients can expect a prompt and professional response, excellent client care and straightforward advice that demystifies the legal process. Above all, I aim to provide advice that is personal, accessible and focused on achieving the right outcome.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and have a strong interest in health and wellbeing, both for myself and others.
