Every transaction varies, so the length of the process depends on nature and complexity of transaction and parties involved. We will provide a realistic timeframe and will try our best to accommodate timescales where possible. We will keep you updated should anything change.
This depends on the type of transaction. We will usually provide initial set price at the outset and, if we anticipate costs will change, we will let you know as soon as possible.
