Tim has a very wide range of experience in relation to real estate finance, acquisition finance, MBO funding, PFI/project finance, general banking (both bilateral and club/syndicated facilities) and restructuring of distressed real estate facilities, acting for a variety of lenders and office holders.
Specialisms include acting for office holders on fixed charge receiverships and administrations of retail property, particularly large shopping centres and multi-let investment properties.

Harrison Clark Rickerbys is noted for its ‘excellent acumen’. Practice head Tim Littler has experience in real estate finance, acquisition finance, project finance and restructuring of distressed real estate facilities. Many thanks also to the whole team at HCR team who helped on the transaction. Chris thank you for the smoothness and completeness of the legals (even when running both buyback and SPA options), Tim and Emme for the sterling work on property side and of Stacey for your efforts in ensuring everything was always in order.
I can now place all of my focus back on the operations and start looking at new acquisitions which appear to be finding their way to me. Would be good to discuss the new targets when you are free. We also need to discuss the creation the property company and trust in due course. I also have a potential lead on a printing business that looks ripe for succession and know you have a client that is acquisitive at the moment.
