Out of the office, you’ll find me making the most of the great outdoors – I enjoy the thrill of racing yachts and dinghies, cycling and Nordic ski touring.

Director indemnities/warranties to invoice finance providers vary enormously from lender to lender. We can make sure you’re not being required to provide a warranty to, or indemnify, a lender in respect of matters that you have no direct control over (such as a rogue employee who decides to act in a fraudulent manner).
