I advise landowners and developers on the sale and purchase of development land through option agreements, conditional contracts and sub-sales. I also act for developer clients in acquiring and disposing of specialist supported housing.
While my clients are negotiating heads of terms, I carry out an early title review to identify restrictive covenants, easements or other issues before full legal engagement.
