New plot sales team in Worcester

HCR are pleased to announce that our real estate team in Worcester are now able to help developer clients in the sale of completed dwellings thanks to the creation of a new, bespoke plot sales team. A number of schemes of various sizes, both freehold and leasehold, are already active, with more in the pipeline. The team offer clients a full service, from site acquisition through to financing, planning, construction and sales.

Nathan Guest is heading up the new team. Nathan joined the firm in 2012 as a trainee solicitor. He has benefitted from the firm’s career pathway, which offers a clear promotion structure, and his commitment to the firm has been rewarded, as seen with his recent promotion to partner.

Nathan specialises in development work and will continue in this capacity alongside his new role as head of plot sales.

In his team are Mia Bazzar, Michelle Emerton and Alice Kirkham. Alice and Michelle have been with the firm for several years, acting for plot purchasers. They were keen to take on this change in role and are enjoying working ‘on the other side’.  Mia joined earlier in the year, having had previous experience in plot sales.

The team will be focusing on offering a bespoke, high-quality service to our developer clients.

At the forefront of what Nathan and the team are looking to achieve is the use of technology to drive efficiency in order to provide a high level of service. For Nathan and the team, being able to progress sales as quickly as possible is essential, as ultimately the developer does not get paid until the units have been sold.

The team officially launched in September and would be keen to discuss any site opportunities.
