Advice for employee taking up new post

A client wanted to work for a sponsored employer, and came to Lynne Adams’ team for advice, especially since he wanted his wife and child to be included as his dependants.

The team advised him about the requirements for such an application and which documents would be required – they also made sure that he was aware of the process and approximate timelines for a decision to be made, as well as preparing legal representations to include with the application.

The family were successfully granted their respective visas and his wife was also given permission to work, which meant that the family could get on with their lives and focus on their future.
