Commercial advice for rugby team leads to strengthening of position

Rugby team Worcester Warriors turned to Commercial lawyer Daniel De Saulles when they needed help understanding, negotiating and implementing the Premiership Commercial Regulations along with the league’s new Salary Cap Regulations.

Daniel advised the organisation on a range of commercial and legal issues to help guide them through the regulations so that they understood their application.

He helped them to strengthen their commercial position through a number of negotiations with the Premiership body.

The net effect of this was that Worcester Warriors were able to understand how the Commercial Regulations and Salary Cap Regulations applied to them. This led them to be able to strengthen their commercial position.
