Join us for an engaging and insightful session as Sian Lloyd, broadcaster and presenter, chairs a panel discussion exploring the most topical challenges currently shaping the property sector.

Sian is a familiar face following a 25-year career on TV and Radio, which has seen her presenting national programmes, including BBC Breakfast and Panorama, as well as her work as a senior correspondent on BBC National and World News. Before becoming a journalist, Sian trained as a lawyer in London and Hong Kong.

Matt has been with global real estate consultancy, Knight Frank, for 27 years and the firm is recognised as one of the leading real estate advisers operating in South Wales. In addition to running the Cardiff office, Matt is also a member of the UK Cities board. Matt specialises in development agency/consultancy.

Tax Consultant at MHA

Leighton is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser and Chartered

Accountant who has been a tax partner for almost 20 years. Now a tax consultant at MHA, he specialises in corporate and personal tax matters, and regularly provides tax advice on corporate structures, succession planning, employee share incentives, inheritance tax and business acquisitions and disposals.

Richard Miles

Area Manager (east Wales Region) / Head of Savings & Marketing at Swansea Building Society

Richard has over 34 years financial services experience gained within the banking/building society sector. Richard is also Vice Chair at the YMCA Cardiff Housing Association and Chair of the YMCA Group Finance, Risk and Property Committee. Richard is also a Director of the Cardiff Business Club.

Lauren Perdikis

Partner, Real Estate at HCR Law

Lauren works for a variety of clients including data centre operators, data centre developers, property investors and developers, corporates with property portfolios and landlords and tenants. Having previously worked in-house, she understands the needs and motivations of property clients and take a very commercial approach to transactions.
