School HR Day 2026: Staffing strategy in a changing landscape

Join us for our annual School HR Day – an essential, practical and forward-looking event designed to equip school leaders with the knowledge, confidence and clarity needed to navigate today’s most pressing HR challenges.

This year, our theme is ‘Staffing strategy in a changing landscape.’

Across a full day of expert-led sessions, we’ll explore the latest developments in employment law, including the Employment Rights Act 2025, as well as key case updates, interactive case studies and practical steps you should be taking to prepare your school for change.

The agenda will blend legal insight with real-world application – from understanding the impact of forthcoming reforms to emerging issues around technology use, as well as an interactive session on handling breakdowns in working relationships.

There will be opportunities for discussion, reflection and interactive problem-solving, and – as always – your ticket includes breakfast and lunch.

Whether you’re an experienced leader or newly responsible for HR in your school, this event provides clear, actionable guidance to help you manage staff issues effectively and confidently in the year ahead.

Price per entry is £35.00 + VAT.
