Phase One of the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 came into force on 1 May 2026, introducing key changes to how the majority of residential tenancies are managed and terminated. Phase Two is being implemented on 15 December 2026, with the introduction of the Private Rented Sector Database (PRSD).
In advance of this date, join our Real Estate Dispute Resolution Team for an online session where they will be discussing the immediate impacts being felt by landlords under the new regime, together with providing an overview of compliance with the PRSD, including:
- Where we are now, following the introduction of Phase One of the RRA
- How Phase One has impacted Landlords and Tenants
- An overview of Phase Two of the RRA and the requirements of the PRSD
- Why compliance with the PRSD is important and the consequences of getting it wrong
- Practical considerations and key risk areas.
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. We hope to see you on 25 November
