Client demand drives new HCR Law Thames Valley appointments

HCR Law has expanded its Thames Valley team in response to growing client demand for specialist legal advice across the region.

Several senior lawyers have recently joined the office, including Partners Sarah Potter and Nina Smith, who join the Commercial Property and Corporate teams respectively. Their appointments build on a year of sustained growth driven by client needs and new opportunities across the Thames Valley and South East.

Sarah is a trusted adviser in the region. She brings extensive experience advising developers, landowners, businesses and private investors on both development and commercial property matters.

She said: “Property sits at the centre of many transactions across multiple disciplines, and a client-centred approach is key. I’m delighted to join HCR Law, which has a strong regional reputation and a clear commitment to delivering exceptional client service.”

Nina joins after more than 14 years at a national firm, bringing strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, corporate finance and company secretarial. Her clients range from large corporates making strategic acquisitions to owner-managed businesses, family funds, venture capital firms and private equity houses.

Sarah and Nina follow a series of other strategic appointments. Recent hires include Chris Holmes, Legal Director in Planning, Highways and Environment; Victoria Moss, Legal Director in Commercial Property and Real Estate Development; and Michelle Gorman, Legal Director in Corporate.
