Commercial Case Study – GP Practice

Robert Capper acted for a partner of a large GP practice following his suspension by his local PCT.  Robert advised the doctor as to his rights following the suspension, dealing with a proposed expulsion of him from the partnership, negotiating settlement terms with his partners and the PCT.

Robert subsequently advised this partner on his entrance into a new partnership and negotiated amendments to their partnership deed that limited the liability of junior partners in the partnership.
