A bit about me

As head of the Commercial team, I’m often asked what the most satisfying part of my job is, and my answer is always the same: making a real, tangible difference for the businesses I work with.

I love getting to know my clients’ businesses and the legal challenges they face. Each company is totally unique, so whether I’m working with a corner shop or a multinational PLC, I invest time at the start of the relationship to understand their commercial arrangements and consider how I can help get the most out of them.

I have a particular specialism in commercial contracts and partnership work, and have acted for professional partnerships and doctors’ practices for over 20 years. I harness my experience to come up with proactive, practical solutions, and I go the extra mile to ensure you can get on with building a successful business without worrying about legal issues.
