David Jahoda joins HCR Law as Corporate Partner

David Jahoda has joined HCR Law’s Corporate team as Partner, strengthening its expertise in equity capital markets and public and private M&A transactions.

David trained and worked for eight years at a magic circle law firm and also brings experience from a major financial institution and leading international law firms. He will play a key role in the continued growth of the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets practices in the UK and internationally.

His appointment reflects a period of sustained growth for the Corporate team. HCR retained its position as the UK’s top legal adviser for M&A activity in Experian’s latest MarketIQ report, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted adviser and highlighting its strong national footprint.
