HCR Law has announced a new partnership with experienced education HR specialist Jayne Offer, strengthening the firm’s support for schools facing people challenges and compliance demands.
Jayne, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, brings more than 30 years’ HR experience, including over 20 years working within the independent schools sector as director of HR at a leading boarding and day school and as a governor of a prep school. Her expertise spans educational compliance, employment legislation and managing organisational change.

Jayne said: “I’m delighted to be partnering with HCR Law. Schools are facing significant pressures, but with the right support they can manage people challenges confidently and fairly. I’m looking forward to working with school leaders to achieve the best outcomes for their communities.”
Oliver Daniels and Rachel Parkin, Joint Heads of HCR’s Education and Charities team, added: “Jayne’s understanding of the independent schools sector and her calm, practical approach will bring real value to our clients. This partnership strengthens the support we provide at a time when schools are contending with rising expectations and growing responsibilities.”
