HCR Law’s Central England office has become a corporate supporter of Northampton’s Royal & Derngate theatre, reinforcing its commitment to the local community.
Royal & Derngate is a thriving regional theatre and entertainment hub for Northamptonshire. As an independent registered charity, it relies on support from individuals, businesses and charitable trusts to keep ticket prices affordable and deliver creative learning opportunities for local people.
By joining the Royal & Derngate Business Club, HCR Law is helping to strengthen the theatre’s engagement work across local communities, while supporting the creation and delivery of world-class produced work in Northampton.
Corporate support also enables Royal & Derngate to provide learning opportunities for children and young people under its roof and deliver education initiatives to schools and communities across the county.
Chris Smith, Development Manager, Royal & Derngate, said: “By joining the Royal & Derngate Business Club, HCR Law is helping to strengthen the theatre’s engagement work across local communities, while supporting the creation and delivery of world-class produced work in Northampton.”
Dominic Hopkins, Partner and Joint Head of HCR Law’s Central England office, said: “We’re thrilled to become members of Royal & Derngate’s Business Club. The theatre plays an important role in the Northamptonshire community by making arts, culture and entertainment more accessible, and by connecting with young people through innovative creative learning programmes.
“Supporting local people and organisations is at the core of what we do at HCR Law. We’re pleased to partner with an organisation that shares our passion for making a real difference in our community.”
