Top 50 UK law firm, HCR Law, has relocated its London office, which is also its international headquarters, to WTW (Willis Towers Watson), 51 Lime Street, in the City of London.

HCR Law’s London office was previously based in Cornhill, EC3, opposite Leadenhall Street. However, increasing client demand has seen the London team grow significantly, prompting the firm’s investment into larger, more modern office space.

HCR’s London office has seen a flurry of new appointments in recent months. These include internationally renowned commercial dispute specialist Dipti Hunter, leading national family lawyer Beverley Morris, and specialist white-collar crime expert Ben Ticehurst.

Relocating to the iconic London skyscraper WTW, designed by Foster + Partners, HCR Law’s new London address will be the 20th floor of the 29-storey building.

Harry Bengough, Head of HCR Law’s London Office commented: “Month on month, our London team has continued to grow, driven by increasing client demand across our full-service offering. We recognised the need for new office space some time ago, and our team has worked hard to find the right environment, one that allows our people to continue to excel and strengthens our presence in the heart of the city, where we can meet with clients and contacts. Our new location on the 20th floor offers exactly that, along with outstanding views across London.

“In recent years, we’ve been disrupting the legal market in London, including the creation of an insurance and risk team led by Jonathan Edwards and a merger with a specialist healthcare regulatory practice. The changes have been and continue to be welcomed by our clients. We’re now ideally positioned to build on our growth, with specialist sector legal experts alongside our full-service offering.”

In parallel to the firm’s growth HCR Law’s Corporate team was recently recognised by Experian as the leading legal adviser on mergers and acquisitions, both in London and across the UK, with the London practice completing the largest volume of M&A transactions in the first quarter of 2025.

The London office is HCR’s International HQ, with strong collaborative relationships in key cross-border jurisdictions including Europe, the Middle East, North America, India and Australia. The firm is the founding member of LawExchange International, a network of 34 independent law firms spanning five continents.

HCR Law move into their new office in July, with an official opening planned later in the year.
