Specialist sub-contractor wins adjudication following Construction team’s advice

When an international specialist sub-contractor engaged under an NEC sub-contract wasn’t paid for their unexploded ordnance risk mitigation services, they contacted Construction and Engineering Associate Sandra Piaskowska for advice.

The dispute concerned the scope of the client’s services, alleged defects, loss and explain claim, and termination of the cub-contract.
