HCR advises iFLY on new attraction space at the O2

iFLY, the indoor skydiving experience has expanded its portfolio by moving into a purpose-built structure on site at the O2 in London. Currently, iFLY has attractions in Manchester, Basingstoke and Milton Keynes. Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ Real Estate team supported iFLY on the purchase of the space at the O2 which is set to officially open to the public this December.

Replicating the exact experience of freefall, indoor skydivers of all ages and abilities can create unforgettable memories at iFLY, all guided by an internationally qualified instructor.

Mark Carter, Real Estate Partner at HCR who has represented iFLY for over 20 years, led on the transaction with the O2 and said, “iFLY is becoming increasingly popular and what better testament to its success than taking up residence at the world-famous O2. The exchange of contracts was made in February this year and we are delighted to be able to support the team with such an exciting development in its expansion. I wish them every success.”
