Triple shortlisting for HCR Law at Rainmaker Awards 2025

HCR Law’s West Midlands Corporate team have been shortlisted for no less than three awards at the West Midlands Rainmaker Awards 2025.

Voted for by members of the regional corporate finance community, the awards recognise the best deals and teams in the West Midlands over the past twelve months.

HCR Law has been shortlisted for ‘Regional Legal Team’ for the second year running. This year, the firm has also received two separate shortlistings for ‘Large Deal of the Year’ for their advice on Steer Automotive Group’s acquisition of Gemini Accident Repair Centres, and IK Partners’ investment in HSL Compliance Group.

In Experian’s latest UK M&A report, HCR Law’s Midlands team was ranked second in the region, cementing its position as a leading legal advisor for M&A transactions. The firm also retained its top ranking nationwide, reinforcing its reputation as the UK’s leading M&A legal adviser.
