Just IT supported on acquisition with national IT skills and learning provider by corporate partner

When Simon Perriton, Founder and Group CEO of London-based IT training and apprenticeship provider, Just IT needed support and advice on a potential acquisition with Manchester-based Back2Work – specialists in providing intensive training courses to help the long-term unemployed return to work, retrain or reskill – he called upon HCR corporate partner, David James to help him navigate through the complexities.

Just IT was founded in 2001 and is a leading apprenticeship provider in the UK, working with the likes of Sainsbury’s, National Rail, NHS and Bank of England. It has successfully now joined Back2Work Group to significantly expand its offering nationally and taking combined revenues to more than £20m per annum.
