National rankings for corporate work reflect firm’s growth

Being ranked among the UK’s top ten most active legal advisers in mergers and acquisitions in 2019 illustrates Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ continuing growth in line with client demand, alongside the opening of the firm’s new Cardiff office and an expansion in its international team in London.

The rankings, by Experian, show the firm as the UK’s seventh most active legal adviser in this area of corporate deal-making, taking first place in both the south-west and the south-east, second place in the east of England, third in the Midlands and 10th in London.

Rod Thomas, the firm’s managing partner, who also leads its corporate work, said: “We have always grown organically and in response to client demand, in terms of both our locations and our specialisms; these placings show that our approach works for clients.”

The firm opened its Cardiff office this week, bringing together a formidable team of predominantly Welsh lawyers and giving them a base closer to many of their clients.
