A bit about me

Whether I’m pursuing a professional negligence claim or advising a commercial landlord on a dilapidations claim, no two days are ever the same in my office.

Throughout the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in high-value and complex real estate disputes, including issues arising out of contested probate or trust issues. I help property portfolio holders, from individuals to PLCs, with commercial landlord and tenant disputes, negligence claims and much more. I also specialise in commercial litigation, assisting a range of clients from SME to PLC with contract disputes. I look for solutions, not problems, and you can guarantee I’ll provide pragmatic advice in a ‘real-life’ context, rather than just from a legal point of view.

Outside of work, I always look forward to playing Masters Rugby League, and I’m an amateur landscape photographer.

Want to know more?

Don’t delay taking legal advice; its’ usually a false economy.

The sooner we become involved, the sooner we can start to help you.

Never throw anything away or delete anything – keep those old PCs and laptops!

How much will it cost?

At the outset, there are usually too many unknown factors to give anything but an indication of the final costs, but I will give a budget for the initial steps and stick to it.

How long will it take?

It’s impossible to give anything but a very general indication at the outset, as every case is different.

Am I going to win?

Once we’ve considered all the key points and evidence, we can form an initial view of the prospects and plan the way forward.
