Whether I’m pursuing a professional negligence claim or advising a commercial landlord on a dilapidations claim, no two days are ever the same in my office.
Throughout the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in high-value and complex real estate disputes, including issues arising out of contested probate or trust issues. I help property portfolio holders, from individuals to PLCs, with commercial landlord and tenant disputes, negligence claims and much more. I also specialise in commercial litigation, assisting a range of clients from SME to PLC with contract disputes. I look for solutions, not problems, and you can guarantee I’ll provide pragmatic advice in a ‘real-life’ context, rather than just from a legal point of view.
Outside of work, I always look forward to playing Masters Rugby League, and I’m an amateur landscape photographer.
