I take the time to research my client’s businesses to help build long-standing relationships that are based on trust. Their needs are my priority, and I will do everything to help anticipate and reduce any risks they may face, in order to help their business grow.
I have worked with a range of companies, from start-ups to established businesses, and often deal with M&A transactions, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and company restructuring.
Outside work, my passion is keeping fit and going to the gym. I also love spending time with friends and family.
