About me

Working with landlords and property investors means staying one step ahead of their needs. For me, there is no better feeling than reaching completion and achieving the client’s goal.

I am personable yet proactive, working collaboratively not just with clients to become a part of their team but also with property agents and other industry professionals. Having worked for a wide range of clients with large property portfolios including charities, property investors and tenants – as well as developers – my experience in the marketplace is invaluable.

Outside work, I love to spend time with family and friends.

Discover my top tips

Involve us early – we can help advise on heads of terms and carry out early due diligence on title and submit searches which may reveal important issues which shape your negotiations.

Let us know at the outset what timescale you are working to so we can help meet your objectives and advise you on what is realistic in that timescale.

Invite us to a site visit if possible; it allows us to get a better understanding of the property and any possible issues or constraints we should be aware of.

How long will it take?

This obviously depends on the nature of the transaction, but I am always keen to be open about what is involved and manage clients’ expectations.

Can you give this a quick ‘health check’?

I can provide the level of service you want, but it is much better if you involve me fully from the start so I can ensure you’re best protected.

Do I need to do searches when buying a property?

In most cases, yes. Search results reveal possible constraints on property which won’t always be evident on inspection.
