I work in exactly the same way with landlords and tenants and my clients who hold property portfolios – I like to stay one step ahead of their needs.
Outside work, I love to spend time with family and friends.
Invite us to a site visit if possible; it allows us to get a better understanding of the property and any possible issues or constraints we should be aware of.
Involve us early – we can help advise on heads of terms, and carry out early due diligence on title and submit searches which may reveal important issues which shape your negotiations.

This obviously depends on the nature of the transaction, but I am always keen to be open about what is involved and manage clients’ expectations.
