I produce and co-ordinate due diligence reporting for clients when buying or selling a business or raising finance. I am a corporate solicitor and provide a detailed review of company filings and statutory records. I work closely with the various specialist teams at hcr to identify issues quickly and provide practical and commercial solutions. I speak your language by cutting out the jargon and let you get on with what you do best. I’m always around when you need me. I love learning about our clients’ business plans and guiding them through the transaction.
I am also a qualified chartered company secretary and provide company secretarial advice and corporate governance support including offering bespoke services to property management companies and academies.
In my spare time, I follow the Welsh Rugby Union, and I enjoy the peace and tranquillity of fishing and walking my dog in the countryside.
Got a question for us? It doesn’t matter how small or insignificant you think it might be – ask us!
Give yourself the advantage and get all your documents organised in advance of a transaction.
Thinking of buying or selling a business? Get us involved at the earliest opportunity and you’ll save a lot of time and money.
Should I tell the buyer about a certain issue/item?
At the appropriate stage of the transaction, a disclosure letter will be prepared. The disclosure process is for the seller’s protection, so be frank and clear when putting your disclosure letter together. If you don’t include any necessary information, you could be in breach of warranty.
How much will it cost?
Each transaction will take a different form, but we give a clear fee estimate from the outset so you’re aware of the potential costs from the beginning.
