Corporate law is an exciting and fast-paced area, and one which allows me to develop a greater understanding of how our clients’ businesses operate. I enjoy helping a variety of clients from entrepreneurs and start-ups to multi-national corporates to achieve their goals within their desired timeframes. I work to anticipate potential legal and transactional issues before they arise and take a commercial approach to any challenges that come up through the course of a deal.
I’ve worked on a range of mergers and acquisitions and assist with day-to-day corporate governance, restructuring and regulatory issues for a variety of businesses.
Outside of work my passions include supporting Bristol Rovers, spending time with my friends and family, and swimming.
