Why choose me
Why choose me
The property world is fast moving and as a real estate lawyer, I enjoy being part of the team which develops sites and delivers projects.
The work is varied, for a wide range of clients across a diverse group of sectors. Examples of clients I have recently acted for include data centre operators, data centre developers, property investors and developers, corporates with property portfolios and landlords and tenants.
I advise on most property matters and have particular experience in digital infrastructure and data centres and complex development transactions in the technology sector. Real estate is a very tangible sector, and I enjoy being able to physically see the assets I’m advising on.
Having previously worked in-house, I understand the needs and motivations of property clients and take a very commercial approach to transactions. I have a can-do attitude and work hard to build strong relationships with my clients, advising them on the best solution to achieve their objectives.
When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors with my young family. I enjoy anything sport related (especially Liverpool FC) and like to keep myself active, particularly through reformer pilates.
My top tips for clients
Let us know what’s important to you and what your motivations are so we can make sure our advice helps you to meet your objectives.
Give us as much upfront information as you can.
Let us know timeframes at the start of the transaction.

Questions my clients ask me
Getting transactions completed in the most efficient and cost-effective way is all about good communication. The better the communication between clients, solicitors and agents, the easier a transaction will be.
As quickly as both parties in the transaction act. Being transparent and agreeing timing up front can help to make the transaction easier. I’ll work with you to get the deal done efficient and effectively – I enjoy a challenge!
Fee estimates are provided at the start of every matter based on our understanding of what will be required. Giving us as much information as possible at the outset will enable us to scope the work accurately. If additional work is required outside of the original scope we will seek to agree an additional fee with you at the earliest opportunity.
