Why choose me
I specialise in employment law, supporting UK companies, overseas businesses with UK operations and individuals across a wide range of sectors with employment and HR related matters.
I enjoy working with people to assist businesses in resolving tricky issues with senior people and staff. No two enquiries are the same, and the variety keeps my job fresh and interesting.
My practice covers all aspects of employment law, from restructures, redundancies and TUPE to dismissals, pay and bonus disputes, discrimination, whistleblowing and enquiries around maternity and paternity leave, flexible working and absence related issues.
Clients can rely on me for sound, user-friendly advice for a reasonable fee. I won’t switch on the clock for every single enquiry. Alongside employment advice, I’m happy to be the first point of call as a trusted adviser for queries outside my scope – I often help clients find the right contact to assist them in other areas of law, and for labour law issues outside the UK.
I’m hands-on when needed to drive results and I get a lot of satisfaction from achieving positive outcomes for clients.
I speak fluent French and my Russian is fast improving. I’m also an accredited mediator with CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution).
Outside work, I’m passionate about languages, foreign culture and human psychology. I also enjoy boxing, parkrun and watching football in my free time.
