Questions my clients ask me
No! Many of the cases we manage will not go to court, and even fewer will proceed to trial. Where possible, we will encourage clients to settle their disputes outside of court as they can still achieve a successful result by doing so, without the need for lengthy and expensive proceedings.
Every case is different – but it is understandable that you’ll want to weigh up the cost of litigation with the potential outcome. I will provide you with estimates for each phase of work and where possible, different options to suit your budget.
We can never guarantee you will be successful in a dispute as litigation carries risks. However, we will discuss with you the strengths and weaknesses of your claim and keep you updated should we consider there have been any changes to your prospects of success.
