There’s no such thing as being too organised, so get a plan together and ensure your documents are gathered in order. Seeking advice early can also save a lot of time, money, and disappointment in the long run.
Working with investors and entrepreneurs to manage what is often their most important asset is truly rewarding. Specialising in corporate law, I work with a variety of clients, from sole traders and SMEs to entities with international interests.
Understanding the client’s business from the outset is key to ensuring the best practical and commercial advice is provided. In addition, putting myself in the client’s shoes and working with the team to get the deal done (whatever it takes) is important. Communication is key and I make sure I provide prompt service.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, and exploring the UK. The lockdown has also made me an avid gardener!
