A bit about me

I have always enjoyed guiding people through the process of buying or selling a business. Creating strong relationships with clients, so that I can fully support and advise them, is vital to a successful outcome because I can then genuinely become part of their team and focus on what they need and want from the transaction.

Covering the full range of corporate transactions, from mergers and acquisitions to joint ventures, corporate finance and governance, I act for listed companies, multinational corporations, venture capital funds and family owned businesses.

Outside work, I enjoy mountain biking and golf.

Want to know more?

Get us involved as early as possible to help ensure that, if there are any issues, we can deal with them early in the process to help ensure there is little or no impact on the transaction, including the timetable.

Listen to our advice, you are paying for it.

On any sale or investment, make sure you have a good accountant and tax adviser involved to help ensure the transaction is structured effectively for your tax purposes.

How long will this take?

That will depend on many factors; things such as where the purchaser is with its funding, whether any regulatory approvals are needed and have issues been identified during the due diligence process can all have an impact on the timing of a transaction.

How much is it going to cost?

This will depend on the complexity of the transaction and our scope of work; please note that we can often scope the work to fit an acceptable fee.
