Why choose me
I work as an extension of my client’s team to protect their business interests – it’s a fundamental part of why I enjoy being a commercial solicitor. Working closely with clients, I get to really understand their key drivers and where I can add value. This allows me to put myself in their shoes and provide the best practical and commercial advice.
Working with farming businesses alongside start-ups, SMEs and large-scale corporates and PLCs, I provide advice across general commercial contracts, IT and software, data protection and intellectual property. I also provide advice on manufacturing and distribution, due diligence in large M&A transactions and supply and purchase terms for both goods and services.
Outside of work, my key passion is football, having enjoyed spells as a centre forward at West Bromwich Albion, Leicester City and Derby County before my legal career. When I’m not in work you will probably find me on the football pitch!
