In Corporate law, there’s no ‘one-size fits all’ approach. My role requires giving bespoke advice tailored to clients to meet their changing needs. I make sure to provide advice in a clear, concise way to ensure my clients understand – and I fit with their practical needs in order to provide the service they require.
I’ve worked with a variety of clients from different sectors – from start-ups and SME’s to those going through insolvency. The industries I’ve worked in range from providers such as dentists to pharmacists and care home owners, and also in the journalism and public affairs sector, working alongside owner-managers and those in partnership.
My specialisms include the sale and purchase of healthcare businesses whether operating as a corporate entity, sole trader or partnership.
Outside work, I have interests in art deco and modern architecture, impressionism art and modern classic cars. My personal ambition is to build my own house, in my style!
