I make sure to provide advice in a clear, concise way to ensure my clients understand – and I fit with their practical needs in order to provide the service they require.
I’ve worked with a variety of clients from different sectors – from start-ups and SMEs to those going through insolvency. The industries I’ve worked in range from healthcare providers such as dentists, pharmacists and care home owners, to the journalism and public affairs sector, working alongside owner-managers and those in partnership.
My specialisms include the sale and purchase of healthcare businesses, whether operating as a corporate entity, sole trader or partnership. I have extensive experience acting for clients on dental and pharmacy PE and M&A transactions, advising on share sales and purchases and asset sales and purchases. My work in the pharmacy specialist sector also encompasses pharmacy regulatory matters, including GPhC and Market Entry change of ownership applications. I understand the unique regulatory landscape that pharmacy transactions demand and work closely with clients to ensure a smooth and compliant transfer of ownership at every stage.
