A bit about me

I help businesses to achieve their potential, whether through buying, selling or restructuring. I bring a wealth of experience to the table, and can spot potential problems before they arise. With a hands-on approach, I make sure my clients get what they want out of each deal.

Although I work with businesses from all sectors, I specialise in advising those in health and social care. I currently sit on the board of the West Midlands Care Association, who the Health and Social care team operate a legal helpline for. In additional to my work as a solicitor, I am also a qualified barrister and Notary Public.

Out of the office, I like to keep fit and spend as much time as possible outdoors, and I visit family in South Africa whenever I can.

Want to know more?

Pick your advisors carefully and trust them.

Prepare to be flexible – deals can often change, and that means timeframes can as a result.

If there are any changes to your circumstances or the transaction, involve us as early as possible.

How much will it cost?

To give you an accurate estimate of the costs, I need to understand the scope of the work. We can hold an initial telephone call or arrange a meeting to discuss.

How long will it take?

It depends on the complexities of the deal, but I will be able to give you an estimated time frame at the outset.
