Our corporate team, led by Rebecca Leask, acted for Customade Group Ltd on its sale to Polyframe Group Ltd. The deal created the largest trade fabricator of windows and doors for UK installers. Backed by further investment from Cairngorm Capital Partners LLP, the deal resulted in a group with revenues of more than £100m.

Customade are a leading manufacturer of PVCu windows, doors and conservatory roof products, employing 320 staff, with a turnover of £35m.
