I am a corporate lawyer with a broad range of experience in transactional and advisory work. I act for entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, start-ups and corporations whose interests span a diverse range of sectors including technology, retail, hospitality and leisure, property and logistics.

My transactional experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and banking with a particular focus on property financing and venture debt. My work involves both UK transactions and cross-border transactions, on which I work closely with overseas counsel and advisors. I also advise clients on shareholder and joint venture structures and arrangements.

I approach problems creatively, working collaboratively with my clients to understand their goals and achieve the best possible outcome. The nature of corporate matters means I naturally work to tight deadlines, keeping my client’s commercial interests front and centre at all times.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading and travelling.
