A bit about me

I’m a specialist in a number of real estate matters, including Islamic finance, care home finance, insolvency-related transactions, secured lending and property industry pension funds. As such, my clients range from banks and healthcare providers to commercial lenders and tenants.

I thrive on the time pressure involved in real estate transactions, and I can help you to buy and sell commercial properties, arrange or take on leases and buy and sell care homes and supported living facilities. I also help insolvency practitioners sell or dispose of assets.

I’m flexible and accommodating, and I go the extra mile for every client where I can. I’m responsive to queries, even if that means working out of office hours or at weekends. If it helps ease any concerns you have, or speeds up transactions, I’m there, always.

Outside of work, my passion is my family, football, cars, going to the gym and holidays.

Want to know more?

Document all arrangements, and don’t rely on friendships or oral agreements.

Always instruct specialist lawyers and advisers – it can help protect you from problems in the future.

How much will this cost?

It depends on the specifics of the transaction. If you provide us with the Heads of Terms, we can let you have a fee estimate.

How long will this transaction take?

Again, this very much depends on the requirements of the transaction.
