I advise companies on a wide range of corporate governance matters, including complex issues in large group structures. I co-ordinate and produce due diligence reports for clients buying or selling a business or raising finance. I am a corporate solicitor and provide a detailed review of company filings and statutory records. I also provide training to professionals on corporate governance and company secretarial practice issues.

Our team is led by Helen Higginbotham, a Chartered Governance Professional and Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland, and is at the forefront of developments in the area.
