A Gloucestershire-based clothing designer says one of her designs has been copied by a major supermarket. Steven Murray, Partner, Dispute Resolution, who specialises in Intellectual Property disputes says the designer could have a claim using the “passing off law”. Steve talks to BBC Radio Gloucestershire about the case.
