The Health and Social care team advised a first-time dental purchaser on the acquisition of two dental practices within a six-month period. Our client initially acquired an NHS practice based in Buckinghamshire for over £1.3m. Impressed with the service rendered, he instructed the team for the acquisition of a second practice based in London, equally for the value of £1.3m.

The team provided a wide range of services including advising and negotiating the transactional documents and provided general support with the CQC and NHS application process. They provided commercial and practical advice in relation to the running of the dental practice and directed the client to colleagues in the Employment and Immigration and Real Estate teams to provide TUPE and property-related assistance.
