I have always had a passion for the property sector and building a good rapport with clients to ensure the best outcome. I work closely with landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in commercial property transactions in particular within the health and social care team.
For me, going the extra mile to ensure the client’s needs are met is very important and that’s why I have always been interested in real estate as it gives you the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs throughout the transaction.

Outside work, my passion for history and travelling often coincide as I love to visit places of historical significance. I’m also a very keen netball player!
Organisation is key; therefore, it is important to make sure you have all the necessary paperwork to hand to enable a smooth transaction.
How long will the process take?
This depends entirely on the complexity of the transaction and parties involved. We would expect time frames to be 4-6 weeks; however, I will always try to accommodate your timescales where possible.
How much will it cost?
Again, this depends on the type of transaction. We usually have a set price depending on the service you require and if we anticipate costs will change, we will let you know as soon as possible.
What happens on completion?
Once funds have been received, you will be able to collect the keys and you will have access to the property.
