Food for the Forest from Wye Valley lawyers

15th February 2021

A donation of more than 66kg of food was handed over at Harrison Clark Rickerbys inc Shawcross’ Wye Valley office last month to The Forest Foodbank as part of their winter appeal.

The boxes of donated food, which office head Arpinder Dhillon gave to Martin Davies and Yvonne Wood, will provide about 157 meals for people in the Forest of Dean who are struggling to feed themselves and their families at the moment. The foodbank, associated with Coleford Baptist Church, gives out more than three tonnes of food each month.

Chris Hedges from the foodbank said: “Every item counts and it will mean everything to those who will be helped.”

Arpinder said: “The pandemic has made life so much harder for many people; we are glad to do whatever we can to help.”

Harrison Clark Rickerbys has more than 500 staff and partners based at offices in the Wye Valley, Hereford, Cheltenham, Birmingham, Worcester, Reading, London, Cambridge and Cardiff, who provide a complete spectrum of legal services to both business and private clients, regionally and nationwide.
